This is the last time that I plan anything less than 24 hrs in advance

So I'm organizing a small party today.....well I tell them I still want to do my Radio Show at 6, and they agree....So I end up going down to springdale to get someone for the party since her car broke down. WELL her folks argue with her about being out late and shit and I stand outside in the Fucking Cold and the Fucking Wind and wait 45 Minutes for her to argue with her folks.

While we're waiting, the other person i'm with has to leave because her father calls and wants her to go to some help group (because it's tradition.) So I have to drive her to Farmington (40 Miles from Rogers) On the way back my friend calls me and says the others have cancelled out due to some other b/s........Asks me when my radio show was supposed to start......It's 6:35 and i'm in Fayetteville about 35 Miles from home....FUUUUUUUUCCCCCKKKKK........

It's been decided that I am no longer driving people around unless I get some $ back.....It's also been decided that I'd better be near death in order to miss my show. So Shall it is Written, so shall it be done.

Arkansas Anime Festival:

7:30 AM-arrive at hotel with toga and robe in tow. Move some boxes around

8:30 AM-12:30 PM-Man the door/Intimidate the con-goers into GETTING IN THE REGISTRATION LINE DAMMIT. If anyone causes problems, I clothesline your ass! the 6'4", 327 lb Miroku.

Lunch Break.

1:00 PM-4:00 P- Patrol the hallway, Rooms, etc.

4:00 PM-8:00 PM- Run the Game Room while the other guy left for home

8:00 PM-Midnight- Dance, Cosplay, ETC.

During this time, I've amassed a Fangirl army. If it's not the non-perverted, semi-cool Miroku, it's the dancing, splitz doing Gamer known as Ben. Underneath the Toga and Robe was my "I'm in ur base, Killin ur d00dz" Shirt, which I danced in.

The paper crane has become an international symbol of peace in recent years as a result of it's connection to the story of a young Japanese girl named Sadako Sasaki born in 1943. Sadako was two years old when the atom bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan on August 6, 1945. As she grew up, Sadako was a strong, courageous and athletic girl. In 1955, at age 11, while practicing for a big race, she became dizzy and fell to the ground. Sadako was diagnosed with Leukemia, "the atom bomb" disease.
Sadako's best friend told her of an old Japanese legend which said that anyone who folds a thousand paper cranes would be granted a wish. Sadako hoped that the gods would grant her a wish to get well so that she could run again. She started to work on the paper cranes and completed over 1000 before dying on October 25, 1955 at the age of twelve.

Last Thursday was the 52nd anniversary of Sadako Sasaki's death. I have mailed paper cranes to the Peace Memorial.

Someone mentioned the FuMP getting Hits from 2dorks.com...well I KNOW the 2 Dorks! My Favorite Morning show growing up-Dwyer and Michaels on at the time Q106.5, now on the newly resurrected 97X, and not only that, they frequented my town to drink and do shows, and even started doing a comedy bit at Mayfest each year!
